Ray Holloway |
Ray, a native of Booneville, MS came to Clinton Parks and Recreation Department in November of 2002, after several years of working with Tupelo Department of Parks and Recreation. He is a graduate of Mississippi State University in Physical Education and Abnormal Psychology, and has several years of sports and recreation experience through Municipal and State Government. Ray oversees all aspects of the department and its administration. He and his wife, Rochelle, have four children; Meagan, Trey, Austin and Ryvers. |

Shane Johnson |
Shane, a native of Lexington, MS, came to Clinton Parks and Recreation Department in May of 2002 and was promoted from Facility Manager to Assistant Director in June, 2007. He is a graduate of Mississippi State University in Physical Education, and has several years of work experience with Mississippi Chemical in maintenance construction and chemicals. Shane oversees all aspects of the Maintenance Division.
He and his wife, Alison, have 2 children; McKenzie and Beau.

Gisele Champlin |
Gisele is a native of Clinton, MS and joined the Clinton Parks and Recreation Department team in March, 2005. She attended Hinds Jr. College, majoring in Commercial Art and Psychology. Her work experience is in computer assistance, payroll, accounts payable, office management and child development. Gisele oversees all aspects of office administration and the website.
She and her husband, John, have three children; Leslie, Nate and Susan. They also have a grandchild, Marley Jade.

Delia Kelty |
Delia is a native of Clinton, MS and joined Clinton Parks and Recreation Department in May of 2009. She is a graduate of Jacksonville State University with a Bachelor's of Fine Arts Degree. Delia has several years in design. She will assist with clerical duties, media relations and day to day operations of the office. On September 12, 2009, Delia married Patrick Kelty. |

Gerry Logan |
Gerry is a native of Pontotoc, MS and joined Clinton Parks and Recreation Department in December of 2009. He is a graduate of the University of Mississippi, where he majored in Parks and Recreation Management. Gerry has several years of volunteer and work experience with the recreation departments in the cities of Pontotoc, Tupelo and Fulton in north Mississippi. Gerry and his wife, Ann Marie, have been married since May of 2008.

Chandra Fontenot |
Chandra, a native of Hattiesburg, MS came to Clinton Parks and Recreation Department in October 2007. She graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a degree in Recreation with emphasis in Therapeutic Recreation. Her experiences include a clinical internship with the VA Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System as well as program planning for the mentally and physically disabled, youth and older adults in various settings. Chandra oversees the planning, organization and implementation of programs, special events and festivals.

T.J. Grissom |
TJ is native of Taylorsville, MS and joined the Clinton Parks and Recreation staff in June of 2008. He was promoted from Field Foreman to Field Superintendent in June of 2009. He is graduate of Mississippi State University in Golf & Sports Turf Management. He has several years experience working with the Mississippi State athletic grounds crew maintaining the sports fields for the University. TJ will oversee the upkeep and quality of the athletic fields of the park. On September 26, 2009, TJ married Christin Butler.

Lawrence Ashford |
Lawrence is a native of Jackson, MS, and moved to Clinton in 2002. He joined the Clinton Parks and Recreation Department team in December, 2006 and was promoted to Superintendent in August, 2007. He brings over 25 years of experience in landscaping and maintenance supervisory work. Lawrence and his wife, Angela, have six children; Lawrence Jr., Roderick, Dewan, Jarris, Felonzo and Ebony.
