Code of Conduct
City of Clinton Parks and Recreation Department believes that participation in sports programs is an integral part of the developmental experiences for children as well as providing fitness opportunities for adults. Therefore, it expects the highest standards of sportsmanship, integrity and conduct of all individuals that participate in any of the activities, or while participating in the facilities provided by the City of Clinton, as well as visiting other Parks and Recreation Departments. In particular, the standards are especially stringent for coaches and umpires, who are at once role models, authority figures and representatives of that particular sport.
