Ray, a native of Booneville came to Clinton Parks and Recreation Department in November of 2002, after several years of working with Tupelo Department of Parks and Recreation. He is a graduate of Mississippi State University in Physical Education and Abnormal Psychology, and has several years of sports and recreation experience through Municipal and State Government. Ray oversees all aspects of the department and its administration. He and his wife, Rochelle, have four children; Meagan, Trey, Austin and Ryvers.
Shane, a native of Lexington, came to Clinton Parks and Recreation Department in May of 2002. He is a graduate of Mississippi State University in Physical Education, and has several years of work experience with Mississippi Chemical in maintenance construction and chemicals. Shane oversees all aspects of the Maintenance Division. He and his wife, Alison, have 2 children; McKenzie and Beau.
Gisele, a native of Clinton, came to Clinton Parks and Recreation Department in March, 2005. She attended Hinds Jr. College, majoring in Commercial Art and Psychology. Her work experience is with computer assistance, payroll, accounts payable, office management and child development. Gisele oversees all aspects of office administration and the website. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling. She and her husband, John, have three children; Leslie, Nate and Susan.
Ryan, a native of Storm Lake, Iowa, came to Clinton Parks and Recreation Department in Janaury, 2006 after graduating from the University of Northern Iowa in Leisure Youth and Human Services. His Municipal recreation experience includes an internship with Waterloo Leisure Services in Waterloo, IA. Ryan oversees youth and adult sports programs, clinics, events and camps. He has a four year old daughter, Caleigh Grace.
Chandra, a native of Hattiesburg, MS, came to Clinton Parks and Recreation Department in October 2007. She graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a degree in Recreation with an emphasis in Therapeutic Recreation. Her experiences in recreation include a clinical internship with the VA Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System as well as program planning for the mentally and physically disabled, youth and older adults in various settings. Chandra oversees the planning, organization and implementation of programs, special events and festivals.
Grady, a native of Clinton, Ms, came to Clinton Parks and Recreation in July 2004. He attended Hinds Community College and Mississippi College majoring in Sports Management. Grady has over 10 years experience in athletic field maintenance. He enjoys interacting with sports, hunting and spending time with his family and friends. Grady and his wife, Missa, have two children, Grady Jr. and Darby.

Lawrence Ashford
Lawrence is a native of Jackson, MS and moved to Clinton in 2002. He has 25 years of experience in landscaping and maintenance work. In his spare time he enjoys interacting with sports, traveling and spending time with his family. Lawrence and his wife, Angela, have six children; Lawrence Jr., Roderick, Dewan, Jarris, Felonzo and Ebony.
